Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products")

Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you've carefully read the service description before making a purchase.

Exceptions
While there are strictly no refunds, under special circumstances, the course/workshop/event registration ticket shall be transferrable to another individual, before the launch of the event. In the case of cancellation of a course/event, you will be immediately notified and the entire amount you had paid will be refunded. 

We are only responsible for refunding the amount you have paid towards joining the course. Any purchases made towards the preparation for the course such as software licenses, technical hardware, tools, etc are not under the responsibility of Futurly. No refunds will be offered if you missed attending the live sessions or viewing the courses within the course registration period.We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
